Starting match early?

Under tournament rules, it doesn't say a match can be started early. Just a topic that some people might want to know

If both players agree, you are more than welcome to play earlier than your default scheduled match time. However, if you cannot come to an agreement, the default time will be used.

It says the game can only be rescheduled between 4 hrs before and 10 hrs after. Is it possible to play tonight for example if my game is scheduled tomorrow?
