Opponent refuses to play second game

My opponent refuses to play the second game of our set. We played the first game, in which I won. Immediately after the game ends, he leaves and says he is unable to play the second game of our set. After I set around for at least 3 hours waiting for him, I find out that he is too busy to play our games because he is obsing other games. I am unable to reschedule the match because I will be busy for the rest of the week.
