Time difference

in the email i got yesterday, it says GameCom Heroes of Newerth Tournament is scheduled to begin tomorrow (5/7) at 8PM CST / 9 EST. in the schedule on the website it says 8pm cdt. which one is the correct time? or does it depend on your opponent?

EST is -5 GMT.
9 PM = 21:00
so GMT +1 would be 03:00

i was under the impression that this tournament is for NA players only.

anyone can tell me what time I have to play if the game is at 8 pm cdt, and do not have the same schedule if I'm from mexico and now it is 14:11 hours
